Please Note: Due to the nature of the products we sell, we are unable to accept returns for items that have already been opened.
  • Before you return a product you MUST contact us first. An authorisation number will be needed to return products to us. Please use our Returns Form online to let us know you would like to return a product and to receive your authorisation number. If you do not get confirmation via email about returning a product first, your order will be returned to you with no refund issued. For all products, we are unable to refund any shipping charges unless the return is the result of an error on our part.
  • Returns are accepted for new, unopened merchandise within thirty days of purchase. A refund will be issued for the purchase cost of the merchandise less a 15% restocking fee. We are unable to refund shipping costs.
  • No partial orders can be accepted for return (e.g. a customer purchases 10 pregnancy tests and wants to return 6 upon discovering she is pregnant).
  • A 15% restocking fee will apply to all authorised returns.
  • Return shipping costs and any applicable insurance costs are the responsibility of the customer. Refunds will be issued only after we have the items back in our possession.
  • Fertility Monitors: We will accept returns of unopened fertility monitors for up to 30 days after the purchase date. Unfortunately, due to the nature of the products we sell, we are unable to accept returns for items that have already been opened. All returns must be made within 30 days of purchase and must be preceded by an email to us stating the nature of the return. Returned items not accompanied by an authorisation number will not be accepted and will be returned to you at your expense. A 15% restocking fee applies to all returns and shipping fees will not be refunded.
  • Manufacturer Defect: In the rare instance of a manufacturer defect, please note that we will contact the manufacturer directly for a refund and once we have received this we will pass this on to the customer.
